摘  要:以有斑百合花粉为试材,通过离体培养,利用单因子试验研究蔗糖、硼酸、以及钙、镁、钾离子对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。并在此基础上进行多因子试验比较了蔗糖、H3BO3、CaCl2和Ca(NO3)2.4H2O对有斑百合花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:蔗糖、硼和钙对有斑百合花粉萌发影响较大,而钾和镁的影响较小;适宜的花粉培养液为蔗糖100g/L+H3BO320mg/L+CaCl220mg/L。此研究可为有斑百合花粉的离体培养以及杂交育种提供参考依据。The pollen of Lilium concolor var.buschianum Baker was employed as experimental material to study culture solution for the determination of lily pollen viability.Comparisons were made among the effects of different concentration of sucrose,boric acid,calcium,magnesium and potassium on the germination and tube growth of Lilium concolor var.buschianum Baker in vitro.And multi-factor design was used on such basis to compare the effects of sucrose,boric,CaCl2 and Ca(NO3)2·4H2O on the germination of lily pollen.Results showed that sucrose,boric acid and calcium have great effects on the germination of lily pollen,but potassium and magnesium have few effects on the germination of lily pollen.And the optimum culture solution was sucrose 100 g/L+H3BO320 mg/L+CaCl220 mg/L.So reference basis for pollen culture in vitro and crossbreeding of Lilium concolor var.buschianum Baker was offered.
