摘  要:番茄疮痂病病原菌T3小种是严重威胁我国番茄生产的优势小种,采用抗病品种防治该病害是唯一经济、有效而又安全的途径,而抗性遗传研究和抗病基因的鉴定是利用抗性资源的基础。为此,本研究利用感病材料Super Sioux与野生醋栗番茄材料LA1589杂交获得的F2分离群体分析了LA1589对T3小种的抗性遗传,并对抗性基因进行了初步定位。结果表明:LA1589对番茄疮痂病T3小种的抗性由位于11号染色体上的1个单显性基因控制。同时通过标记选择和抗性鉴定,从该分离群体中筛选到兼抗番茄疮痂病T3小种和番茄斑点病0小种的材料。这些结果为LA1589抗T3小种基因的精细定位和标记辅助选择奠定了基础。Race T3 is the predominant race of tomato bacterial spot that threatens tomato production in China.The use of resistant cultivar is an economic,effective and safe approach to control the disease.Understanding the genetics of resistance and identification of resistant genes is the basis of utilizing resistance sources.In this study,F2 population derived from a cross between susceptible variety Super Sioux and resistant accession LA1589 was used to analyze the genetic basis of resistance to tomato bacterial race T3 and to map the resistance gene in LA1589.The results showed that the resistance to race T3 in LA1589 was conditioned by a single dominant gene on chromosome 11.Lines with resistance to tomato bacterial spot race T3 and tomato bacterial speck race 0 were obtained through marker-assisted selection and disease evaluation.These results will provide fundamental information for fine-mapping of the resistance gene and marker-assisted selection in breeding tomato lines with resistance to bacterial spot.
