摘  要:以黏虫[Mythimna separata(Walker)]为寄主,研究了亚致死浓度的Bt杀虫蛋白Cry1Ab对淡足侧沟茧蜂[Microplitis pallidipes(Szepligeti)]生长发育的影响。结果表明,当寄主从淡足侧沟茧蜂寄生后开始取食含Cry1Ab杀虫蛋白浓度为1、2、4μg/g和8μg/g的饲料时,淡足侧沟茧蜂卵-幼虫发育历期比以对照黏虫为寄主的显著延长,茧(蛹)重和成虫体重显著下降,但对茧历期及成虫寿命没有显著影响。淡足侧沟茧蜂的卵-幼虫发育历期随着寄主取食Cry1Ab杀虫蛋白浓度的增加而显著延长,茧重和成虫体重则随Bt蛋白浓度的上升而显著下降。因此,尽管Cry1Ab杀虫蛋白对淡足侧沟茧蜂的生长发育具有一定程度的负面影响,但其仍可以在取食Bt毒蛋白的黏虫上完成整个世代发育。The oriental armyworm Mythirnna separata (Walker) was used as the insect host to study the effects of Cry1Ah, a Bt insecticidal protein, on the development of the parasitoid Microplitis pallidipes (Szepligeti). The results showed that, when M. pallidipes adults parasitized the larvae of M. separata constantly feeding on diets containing 1, 2, 4, 8μg/g of CrylAb toxin, the egg-larval duration of the parasitoid was significantly prolonged, and the cocoon weight and adult weight of M. pallidipes were significantly less than the control, while no significant effects on the cocoon period and the adult longevity were observed. In addition, the egg-larval duration was significantly increased and the cocoon weight and adult weight of M. pallidipes were significantly decreased as the dosage of Cry1Ab toxin increased. It was shown that though Cry1Ab toxin had a negative effect on the growth and development of M. pallidipes, it could complete development of the whole generation.
