棉蚜为害玉米初报

摘　　要：在河北省廊坊地区玉米田蚜虫种类除了玉米蚜[Rhopalosiphum maidis(Fitch)]、禾谷缢管蚜[R.padi(Lin-naeus)]、荻草谷网蚜[Macrosiphum(Sitobion)miscanthi(Takahashi)]和麦二叉蚜[Schizaphis graminum(Ronda-ni)]等蚜虫外,还发现一种在玉米生长前期在下部叶片取食,玉米生长中后期向植株中上部转移为害的蚜虫,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定,证明该种为棉蚜,这是棉蚜为害玉米的首次报道。In addition to the other four aphid species infesting corn plants, including Rhopalosiphum maidis （Fitch）, R. padi （Linnaeus）, Macrosiphurn （Sitobion） miscanthi （Takahashi） and Schizaphis graminum （Ronda- ni） in Langfang, Hebei Province, there was another aphid species feeding on the lower-level leaves of corn at early corn developmental stage, and then moved upward to middle and upper leaves as the lower-level leaves dried and dropped off at late corn developmental stage. This species was identified as Aphis gossypii Glover by morphological and molecular methods. It is the first report that Aphis gossypii Glover infests corn.
