摘　　要：以HMS63型卧式加工中心的双齿条驱动交换台站的设计为例,讲述其设计过程。详细阐述了双齿条驱动交换台站的结构设计以及相关的理论计算。通过机床样机试验,证明该双齿条驱动交换台站的设计是切实可行的。The article introduces design process of changing pallet station of horizontal machine center HMC63 driven by dual-racks, for design of it as an example. It elucidates detailedly configuration design of changing pallet station driven by dual-racks and theory calculating of it. Design of changing pallet station driven by dual-racks is testified feasible by test result of the machine.
