原木品质对锯材质量的影响与控制措施

摘　　要：伐区木材生产过程对原木品质有重要的影响。原木直径、垂直度、削度、枝桠与节子、尺寸稳定性、机械性能和美学等特性对锯材产品最终的加工价值、产量、产品质量与成本有显著的影响。本文在分析伐区各个作业工序对原木品质影响的基础上,提出控制原木品质的对策。同时,在归纳总结锯材对原木特性与质量基本要求的基础上,分析原木品质对锯材质量与出材量的影响,提出提高锯材质量及出材量可采用的制材新技术与装备。The procedures of timber production have significant effect on wood quality.Log characteristics such as log diameter,log straightness,taper,branchiness and knottiness,dimensional stability,mechanical properties,aesthetic characteristics all have significant impact on the final processing value,output,quality and cost of sawlog product.Based on the analysis of impact of harvesting operation on log characteristics,the quality control countermeasures for wood procurement were put forward.Meanwhile,through the summary of fundamental requirement of log characteristics and quality for sawlog,the influence of log characteristics on sawlog quality and volume yield was analyzed,and the available technology and equipment for improvement was proposed.
