摘 要:通过静态试验,对凹凸棒石吸附去除水中Cu2+的特性进行研究,重点研究焙烧和酸化处理对Cu2+吸附的影响。结果表明,凹凸棒石对水中Cu2+吸附过程可以用班厄姆公式进行拟合。兰格缪尔吸附等温式可以较好地描述Cu2+在凹凸棒石上的吸附。当焙烧温度在100~400℃之间,焙烧处理对凹凸棒石吸附去除Cu2+的影响不明显,当焙烧温度在500~600℃时,凹凸棒石对Cu2+的吸附去除率明显降低,这是因为凹凸棒石内部结构发生折叠收缩,导致孔道逐步塌陷。凹凸棒石对Cu2+的吸附去除率随着酸化浓度的增加先减小而后增大,在HC l浓度为1mol.l-1时达到最低。Adsorption characteristics on Cu2+ by attapulgite in water were studied with static test,and the effect of calcination and acid treatment on Cu2+ adsorption was explored in particular.Results show that the adsorption process could be described by Bangham Formula,and Langmuir model represents the adsorption isotherms well.The calcination has little effect on adsorption capacity of attapulgite for Cu2+ when the temperature is from 100℃to 400℃.And the adsorption capacity decreases with the temperature of 500℃-600℃ due to the degradation of internal structure and the gradual collapse of channel.The adsorption capacities for Cu2+ decreases first and then increases as the acidification concentration increases,and the minimum value is obtained at the concentration of 1mol·L-1 HCl solution.
