摘 要:粉煤灰具有较高的孔隙率和比表面积,能吸附去除水中多种污染物。以粉煤灰为主要原料制成球形复合滤料,可以解决粉煤灰粉末难以有效利用的问题。利用粉煤灰基质滤料分别对水中高浓度和低浓度Cr(Ⅵ)进行静态吸附实验,探究吸附时间、滤料量、初始浓度对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附效果的影响。结果表明:该粉煤灰基质滤料对水中高浓度(10~30.00mg/L)的Cr(Ⅵ)具有较强的吸附能力,滤料投加量对Cr(Ⅵ)去除效果影响较大,时间对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除影响较小。在滤料用量为700g/L,控制温度为35℃,初始浓度为30mg/L,转速为200 r/m in的条件下振荡60m in,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率可达到85.25%以上。With high porosity and surface area,fly ash can absorb many pollutants in water.When fly ash is made into spherical filter material,the problem that powder coal fly ash is difficult to be utilized effectively can be solved.The Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption with high and low concentration in water by fly ash filter material was carried out based on static adsorption experiment.The influence of adsorption time,filter material dosage and initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration on the adsorption was investigated respectively.The results show that the fly ash filter material has high adsorption capacity to high concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)(10-30.00mgL).The dosage of filter material has a great impact on Cr(Ⅵ) removal while adsorption time has little effect.The adsorption ratio of Cr(Ⅵ) could reach to above 85.25% under the conditions of 700gL dosage,30mgL initial concentration,temperature of 35℃ and stirring speed of 200rmin for 60 minutes.
