MACC-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测胃癌组织中结肠癌转移相关因子-1(MACC-1)mRNA和肝细胞生长因子受体原癌基因c-Met mRNA的分子表达水平,并探讨其与胃癌临床病理生物学行为的关系以及它们之间的相关性。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(QT-PCR)技术检测45例胃癌及其癌旁组织标本中MACC-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA的表达水平。结果 MACC-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA的表达与组织学分级、浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。且两者表达呈正相关(r=0.366,P<0.05)。结论 QT-PCR技术可对胃癌组织中的MACC-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA表达进行定量检测;MACC-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA的高表达与胃癌的侵袭转移有关,可作为胃癌腹膜转移的预后评估因子。Objective To investigate the association between the expression of MACC-1 mRNA and c-Met mRNA in gastric carcinoma,and to investigate their clinical values.Methods The expressions of MACC-1 mRNA and c-Met mRNA in 45 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and normal tissues near the tumor borderline were detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（QT-PCR）.Results The expressions of MACC-1 mRNA and c-Met mRNA had positive correlation with histologic types,infilt ration depth,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,while no correlation was found with age or tumor diameter（P〈0.05）.MACC-1 mRNA had positive correlation with c-Met mRNA in gastric cancer（r=0.366,P〈0.05）.Conclusions MACC-1 mRNA and c-Met mRNA may improve the growth and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.They could be prognostic markers for gastric carcinoma.
