摘　　要：目的研究和分析掌侧锁定钢板在老年不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的应用。方法对28例老年不稳定性桡骨远端骨折使用掌侧锁定钢板固定进行回顾性分析。术前、术后影像学采用经Stewart改良的Sarmiento评分,腕关节功能使用Gartland-Werley功能评分,来分析该手术方式的疗效。结果经过平均8.6月的随访,按Sarmiento评分对掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩、关节面台阶比较,术后改善明显且有显著性差异;按Gartland-Werley功能评分评定,优14例,良12例,可1例,差1例,优良率为92.8%。结论对于老年不稳定性桡骨远端骨折,掌侧锁定钢板进行固定是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To study and analyze volar locking compress plate（LCP） fixation for unstable distal radial fracture in elderly patients.Methods A retrospective analysis involving 28 patients with unstable distal radial fractures was performed and volar LCP were used in these patients.Sarmiento scale was used to measure the imageologic parameters of fracture（volar tilt,radial inclination,articular setoff,radial shortening） before and after operation,and Gartland-Werley functional assessment system was used to estimate wrist function after operation.Results All the patients were followed up from 6 to 17 months（average 8.6 months）.Through Sarmiento scale and Gartland-Werley functional assessment system,imageologic parameters were improved remarkablely,and excellent-good rate was achieved in wrist function after operation.Conclusions Volar LCP fixation is an effective method for unstable distal radial fracture in elderly patients.
