摘　　要：根据东风汽车有限公司商用车公司信息化的现状,针对企业拥有的多个相互独立的应用系统之间无法较好地实现数据自动共享的问题,研究设计了协同项目管理系统。该系统采用LAMP和MVC设计模式对系统结构进行构架,通过项目模板管理、项目执行、项目审批和项目查询等功能模块的设计,实现了信息共享和协同管理,提高了企业的办公效率,同时为企业决策者、管理者提供了更全面、及时的信息,从而提高了企业的信息化水平和竞争力。Based on the current situation of informationization of Commercial Vehicle Company of Dongfeng Automobile Co. , Ltd. ,where data sharing can hardly automatically achieved between the independent application systems, a cooperative project management system was researched and designed. The LAMP and MVC（ model - view - controller） were used as design pattern to build the structure of the system. By the design of project template management, project implementation, project approval, project inquiry and other function modules, the information sharing and cooperative management are realized, which improved office efficiency of enterprise. The system could provide business decision - makers and managers with more comprehensive and timely information,which improved the informationization level and the competitiveness of enterprise.
