摘　　要：目的初步得出肺结核患者生命质量测定量表特异性模块。方法采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式,通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合的方法对条目进行初步筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表,随机抽取30名肺结核患者和19名医务工作者进行问卷调查,采用变异系数法、相关分析、因子分析、医生重要性评分及病人重要性评分法对结果进行分析。结果采用上述5种方法分别选出11、10、10、8和11个条目,最终得出包含12个条目的特异模块,包含症状、副作用和心理等小方面。结论肺结核生命质量测定量表特异模块按严格程序筛选得出,具有较好的代表性和内容效度。Objective To preliminarily develop the specific module of the quality of life instrument for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis（QLICD-PT）. Methods Using the structured group（nominal group and focus group） methods and the qualitative and quantitative theory and methodology in developing rating scales,items were preliminarily screened,evaluated and modified.And the data measuring from 30 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 19 doctors/nurses were analyzed by 5 statistical procedures： method of coefficient of variation,correlation analysis,factor analysis,doctors＇ importance rating procedure and patients＇ importance rating procedure. Results Eleven,10,10,8 and 11 items were selected by above statistical procedures respectively,and thus a 12-item specific module,including symptom,side-effects and psychological facets,was formed finally. Conclusions The specific module developed on the strict procedures has good content validity and representativeness.
