摘　　要：大学计算机基础课程是当前高校的基础课程，也是计算机应用技术的重要组成部分，如何提高这门课程的教、学效率就成为非常重要的话题。本文通过对高校计算机基础课程存在的问题进行探讨与分析，提出了建立大学计算机基础课程资源库的重要性，同时对资源库建设的问题进行了探讨和建议。Computer basic Courses are foundation courses in colleges and universities,computer application technology is an important part of this course on how to improve teaching,learning efficiency has become a very important topic.In this paper, basic computer courses in colleges and universities to explore the problems and analysis,proposed the establishment of Computer basic curriculum resource library of the importance of the issue of resource library construction are discussed and recommendations.
