针药治疗无症状心肌缺血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药结合治疗无症状心肌缺血临床疗效。方法将纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和治疗组各40例,治疗组以针刺内关穴位为主加口服复方丹参滴丸疗法,对照组以西医综合治疗,观察两组治疗用药前后的临床疗效及动态心电图、血液流变学的变化。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率65%,治疗组心电图、及血液流变学改善均优于对照组。结论针药治疗无症状心肌缺血疗效确切,无毒副作用。Objective： To observe the efficiency of acupuncture combining medicine on silent myocardial ischemia.Methods： 80 cases were divided into treating group and control group randomly.The treating group were given the acupuncture at point Neiguan（PC6） and composite Danshen Dropping Pill.The control grope were given the western medicine therapy.Both before and after the curative effects and holter monitor electrocardiogram,blood rheology changes on both groups were observed.Results： The total efficiency was 90% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group.Indices in the treatment group on holter monitor electrocardiogram and blood rheology were superior to the control group.Conclusion： The acupuncture treatment of silent myocardial ischemia is effective and non-toxic side effects.
