摘　　要：目的探讨狼疮清颗粒抗系统性红斑狼疮的作用。方法采用大鼠Arthus反应模型,在整体条件下细胞免疫的角度进行狼疮清颗粒抗系统性红斑狼疮的实验研究。结果狼疮清颗粒对大鼠Arthus反应有明显的抑制作用,可降低大鼠背部红肿皮肤直径和红肿反应程度。结论狼疮清颗粒产生显著抑制Arthus变态反应的作用,可能与其影响循环免疫复合物的形成、抑制补体活性有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of Langchuangqing Granules on systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods： These Arthus models were used in the Langchuangqing Granules against systemic lupus erythematosus in the view of cellular immunity.Results： The Arthus response was inhibited obviously by the Langchuangqing Granules.The redness skin diameter and the redness response degree were reduced by this medicine.Conclusion： Langchuangqing Granules has an remarkable inhibition in the Arthus response.It could related to influence of circulating immune complex and inhibition of complement activity.
