摘  要:目的:建立天麻钩藤饮中天麻素和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸水(B)进行梯度洗脱(0-20min,A:B=2:98;20-22min,A:B=2:98—A:B=11:89),流速为1.2mL/min,检测波长220nm,柱温30℃。结果:测定天麻素在19.3-193.2μg线性关系良好(r=0.9997),松脂醇二葡萄糖苷在6.12-61.2μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为100.2%和98.5%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可同时测定天麻钩藤饮中天麻素和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of gastrodia element and turpentine alcohot - biglucosid in Chinese medicine compound formulations Gastrodia and Uncaria Drink. Method: The chromatographic condition was as follows: In- ertsil ODS (250mm x 4. 6mm, 5μm) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile (A) - 0. 2% (B) phosphate acid (0 -20min, A: B =2: 98; 20 -22min, A: B =2: 98--A: B = 11 : 89) ; the flow rate was 1.2 mL · min^-1 , column temperature was at 30℃ and detection wavelength was at 220nm. Result: Gastrodia element and turpentine alcohot - biglucosid were linear in the range of 19. 3 - 193.21~g ( r = 0. 9997), 6. 12 - 61.21xg ( r = 0. 9999) respectively. The average recovery of gastrodia element and turpentine alcohot - biglucosid were 100. 2%, 98. 5% respectively. Conclusion: This method was simple and accurate. It can be used in determination of gastrodia element and turpentine alcohot - biglucosid in Chinese medicine compound formulations Gastrodia and lJncaria Drink.
