摘  要:目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定火把花药材中不同部位雷公藤甲素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil-TM C18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),雷公藤甲素的流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm。结果:雷公藤甲素在进样量0.0125μg~0.3750μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997);平均加样回收率为98.54%,RSD=0.58%(n=7)。结论:火把花药材不同部位雷公藤甲素的含量差异明显:皮>根>茎>叶。可为火把花药材的选材、质量评价与控制以及进一步开发利用提供依据。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of triptonide in Different parts of Huobahua Medicinal ma- terials. Methods: Stationary phase was Diamonsil^TM C18 column (5 ixm, 250 mm x4. 6 mm) ; mobile phase was acetonitrile -water (25 : 75 ) ; flow rate at 1.0 mL/min; UV detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results: The triptonide was linear within the range Of 0. 0125 ~ - 0. 3750p, g ( r = 0. 9997 ), and the average recovery rate was 98. 54%, with the RSD of O. 58% ( n = 7 ) . Conclu- sions: The results showed that there was a significant differentiation in the contents of triptonide in the above Huobahua samples de- scribed in this article and the content is the furs was the highest in the samples. The paper provided the quality control and evaluation of triptonide for the selection of medicinal materials, which gives some new references for farther research of the triptonide.
