摘　　要：目的:探讨门脉高压巨脾切除术的相关并发症。方法:对100例巨脾切除术后患者的术中出血量、术后引流管变清时间、术后腹水情况、术后发热情况、术后门静脉血栓发生情况、术后引流液AMS值、术后住院天数等进行归纳分析.结果:门脉高压性巨脾行脾切除术存在较多术中及术后并发症,和巨脾解剖特点及术前肝功能分级、手术方式有关.结论:行巨脾切除术要熟悉巨脾解剖特点,改进手术方式.Objective： To approach the correlated complications about Megalosplenia Lienectomy in PHT . Methods： To analyse the amount of bleeding in operations , ascetic condition after operations, the time of the drain changing clear after operations, the condition of fervescence after operations , the incidence of portal Thrombus after operations and the hospital days after operations. Resuits： There exist many complications in Megalosplenia Lienectomy which relate the feature of anatomy about Megalosplenia , hepatic functional classification and operation. Conclusions ： To be familiar with the feature of anatomy about Megalosplenia and to improve the mode about operation.
