无乳链球菌的药敏结果分析及其感染的临床特征

摘　　要：目的分析了解182株无乳链球菌的耐药情况及其感染的临床特征,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对临床各科室送检各类标本进行无乳链球菌的培养,经VITEK2全自动细菌鉴定分析仪进行鉴定和药敏试验的菌株182株采用回顾性分析。结果 182株无乳链球菌药敏结果显示:对万古霉素和利奈唑烷均敏感,对青霉素、呋喃妥因敏感或中度敏感,对氯洁霉素、左旋氧氟沙星、红霉素和四环素的敏感率分别为:50.5%、89.0%、34.1%、6.6%;对四环素、红霉素和氯洁霉素的耐药率分别为:86.8%、60.4%、45.6%。临床分布以妇产科最高,菌株以泌尿生殖道分泌物标本的分离率最高,其次为呼吸道标本。结论加强对无乳链球菌的培养检测,关注无乳链球菌的耐药趋势。提高临床重视并指导临床合理用药和治疗。Objective To analyze the drug resistant of bacterial and distribution of 182 clinical isolates of the streptococcus agalactiaes and provide of the clinical drug usage. Methods Retrospective analysis was perform to analyze 182 clinical isolates of the streptococcus agalacti- aes were identified and their drug sensitivities were determined by automatic VITEK - 2 system. Results The resistance of the 182 strains were susceptible to vancomycin and linezolid. All isolates to penicillin G and mitrofurantoin was moderate. The susceptibility to clindamycin,levofioxa- cin,erythromycin and tetracycline were 50. 5% ,89.0% ,34. 1% ,6. 6% respectively. The rate of drug resistance of the streptococcus agalaetiaes to tetracycline, elindamycin and erythromycin was 86. 8% ,60.4% and 45.6%. Most of the streptococcus agalactiaes isolates were found in the Department. streptococcus agalactiaes were usually found in the urinary tract secretions. Some isolates were obtained from respiratorytract. Conclusion To strengthen the cultivation of streptococcus agalactiae detection. Attention streptococcus agalaetiae resistance trend. Improving the clinical importance and guiding the clinical rationed preventive medicine and treatment.
