高效液相色谱法测定清开灵胶囊中绿原酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立清开灵胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸(11∶89)为流动相,检测波长327nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温室温。结果在0.04064μg～4.064μg范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.37%(n=5),RSD=0.48%。结论本方法简便,准确,灵敏,可作为本品的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of Chlorogenic acid in QingKaiLing capsule. Methods HPLC method was selected to determine the content of Chlorogenic acid. Acetonitrilel and 0.4% Phosoporic Acid （11 ： 89） as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 327 nm, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and column temperature was at room temperature. Results The linear range was 0. 04064 ～4. 064μg and the rate of average recovery was 99.37% （n = 5）, RSD = 0.48%. Conclusion Determination of Chlorogenic acid in QingKaiLing capsule by HPLC is a simple, accurate and sensitive method which may be used for quality control standard of QingKaiLing capsule.
