银川市2001—2009年结核病控制成本效益评价

摘　　要：目的分析评价银川市2001—2009年政府投入抗结核防治经费和取得的社会效益。方法收集2001—2009年银川市利用中央专项经费、全球基金、地方配套资金支持结核病防治项目财务、项目业务年报表进行分析。结果 9年来银川市共利用国内和国际资金127.08万元,治疗初治、复治涂阳肺结核病患者分别为3 385例、526例和涂阴肺结核病患者1 760例。共产生直接经济效益3 031.7万元,间接经济效益41 045.2万元,减少涂阳发病人数5 267例。结论自2001年银川市利用中央、地方和外资结核病专项经费以来,结核病防治工作取得了很好的成绩,完全符合疾病预防控制与卫生经济学成本-效益原则。Objective To analyze tuberculosis cost- benefits from 2001 to 2009 in Yinchuan city supported by governmental social funds. Methods Collecting financial and program years statements from 2001 to 2009. Results Total 1270. 8 thousand yuan income was come from domestic and international capital in nine years. We treated initial treatment and retreatment with smear positive tuberculosis patients were 3385 cases and 526 cases respectively, coating negative tuberculosis patients were 1760 cases. A total of direct economic benefits of 30317 thousand yuan and indirect benefit of 410452 thousand yuan were producted. The number of smear positive tuberculosis patient reduced 5267 cases. Conclusion The works of Yingchuan city on tuberculosis control has acquired obviously achievement since 2001 which is meet the fundamental principles of costeffective in disease prevention and control.
