摘  要:[目的]研究纳米结构葡萄糖传感器的制备及其性能。[方法]通过电化学聚合法和扫描电沉积方法制备纳米结构葡萄糖传感器,采用循环伏安法、XRD、SEM对传感器进行表征。[结果]传感器对葡萄糖的催化氧化电流随葡萄糖浓度的增大而增大,氧化电流密度与葡萄糖浓度在1.0×10-1~1.0×10-6 mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检出下限为2.0×10-7 mol/L,测定方法的重复性和复现性RSD为1.5%~2.1%,不同浓度葡萄糖平均加标回收率为95.0%~100.3%。[结论]该传感器对葡萄糖具有高的催化氧化活性,且灵敏度高,测定方法重现性良好,能准确测定人体血糖浓度。[Objective] The research aimed to study the preparation and its electrochemical properties of nanostructure-sensor of glucose.[Method] The nanostructure-sensor of glucose was prepared by cyclic voltammetry electrodepositing method.And the electrochemical properties and structure of nanostructure-sensor of glucose were characterized with cyclic voltammetry(CV),XRD and SEM.[Result] The current density of oxidation of glucose became bigger with the enhancing of the consistence.In this condition for experimentation,the linear range of glucose is 1.0×10-1-1.0×10-6 mol/L.The detection limit is 2.0×10-7 mol/L.The RSD of repeatability of determinations and the reproducibility of determinations were 1.5%-2.1%.The average recovery of glucose in various amount were 95.0%-100.3%.[Conclusion] This sensor could accurately determine human body blood glucose concentration with high catalytic oxidation activity,sensitivity and good reproducibility.
