摘　　要：[目的]定位水稻强分蘖基因MT1并预测候选基因。[方法]通过图位克隆的方法精细定位MT1基因,进而克隆该基因。[结果]克隆出水稻强分蘖基因MT1。[结论]为MT1的功能分析奠定了基础。[Objective] To locate a multiple-tillering gene of rice and predict candidate genes.[Method] The map-based cloning method was adopted to precisely locate the MT1 gene and clone this gene.[Result] A strong tillering gene MT1 was cloned.[Conclusion] The study laid foundation for the functional analysis of MT1.
