摘　　要：分析我国城（农）电网建设改造的现状，对照国外城市电网的发展和运行效果，论述我国城（农）电网建设改造的意义、必要性和重要性，并提出“六统一”的实施原则。以某中心城市为例，对按“六统一”原则实施电网建设改造和按目前常规分散建设改造的实施效果作技术经济比较，As compared with urban power grid development and operational effects in foreign countries, this paper analyzes the present situation, significance, necessity and importance of urban and rural power network construction andretrofit, and presents'6 unifications 'as the principle of implementation. Taking certain central city as example, a technical and economical comparison on implementation effects was made between power network construction and retrofit hasedon the '6 unifications'principle and the conventional dispersed a,construction and retrofit.
