摘 要:配用风扇磨制粉系统的锅炉燃烧调整手段较少,当燃用混煤时,锅炉燃烧的经济性和稳定性问题比较突出。锅炉煤粉调节器是针对风扇磨制粉系统现状及气固两相流动特性开发研制的。煤粉调节器具有将下一次风中的较大颗粒转移至中一次风的功能,应用于双辽发电厂2台1021t/h锅炉,达到了减少炉底大渣含碳量、提高燃烬度、调节主蒸汽和再热蒸汽温度的效果。In view of sevious economics and stability problems of boiler combustion when the boiler equipped with beatermills bumed blended coals, the pulverized coal regulator of boiler was researched and developed on the bases of the present situation of coal pulverizing system with beater mill and the flow charaeteristics of gas and solid of gas and solid phases.The pulverizedcoal regUlator has the function to transfer coarse particles in the bottom primary air to the middle primary air.Since theywere applied in tWo 1 021 t/h boilers in Shuangliao Power Plant. the coal content in the bottom slag has been reduced,burn-out rate raised, and temperatures of main steam and reheat steam have been brought under control.
