摘　　要：我国幅员辽阔,各地气温、海拔高度以及四季更替时间有很大差别,有线电视网络中的故障现象也千奇百怪、无所不有,其中尤以雷电、冰冻和鼠害为甚,令人防不胜防,致使网络中断,影响用户收听收视,给网络经营者造成很多麻烦,如果采取有效措施加以防范,能收到事半功倍的成效。China has a vast, over temperature, altitude and time change of seasons are very different. Cable network failure phenomenon strange, nothing is there. Especially in the lightning, freezing and rodent staggering, it is hard to detect. Resulting in network outages, affecting the user to listen to the ratings, the network operators bring unneeessary trouble. If you take effective measures to prevent, start to the multiplier effeet.
