摘　　要：提出了基于嵌入式软PLC的高精密圆度仪的设计。它使用PC机作为上位机,LPC2478作为下位机,构建整个嵌入式系统。该文集中讨论了上位机开发系统编辑器的设计和运行系统的设计。它集合了传统圆度仪快速、精确、实时的特点,同时又具备了传统PLC的高可靠性,价格合理,具有非常大的应用前景。This paper propose a design of high-precision roundness based on embedded soft PLC.It uses the PC as the host computer,LPC2478 as the lower computer,to component the whole embedded system.This article focuses on the development of the host computer system design and operation of the editor system design.It not only combines the characteristics of fast,accurate and real-time from the traditional roundness,but also has the high reliability of the traditional PLC.So this design of high-precision roundness has reasonable price and very large application prospects.
