都梁软胶囊治疗高血压头痛90例

摘　　要：目的观察口服中药都梁软胶囊治疗高血压头痛的疗效。方法将180例高血压头痛患者随机均分为两组,对照组采用常规降压治疗,治疗组在常规降压治疗基础上加用都梁软胶囊3粒/次、3次/d治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为77.78%,对照组总有效率为61.11%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论都梁软胶囊对高血压头痛疗效显著,且安全、无毒副作用。Objective To observe the efficacy of Duliang Soft Capsule in treating hypertensive headache. Methods 180 cases of hypertensive headache were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy, while the treatment group was treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy plus Duliang Soft Capsule（three times one day, three capsules once）. The clinical effective rates before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 77.78% in the treatment group and 66.11% in the control group with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Duliang Soft Capsule for treating hypertensive headache is significant with safety and without adverse reactions.
