通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病老年患者60例

摘　　要：目的观察不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病老年患者应用通心络胶囊治疗后的疗效。方法选择120例确诊为不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病的老年患者,随机均分为治疗组与对照组,在常规治疗(对照组)的基础上,治疗组加用通心络胶囊0.52 g/次,每日3次,疗程12周。观察两组临床症状、体征改善情况以及C反应蛋白、血脂水平的变化。结果 12周后,治疗组患者血甘油三酯水平无明显改变(P>0.05),血总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则明显升高(P<0.05),临床症状、体征均有不同程度的改善,C反应蛋白较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病老年患者,对改善症状、预后有一定的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Tongxingluo Capsule for treating the elderly patients with unstable angina complicating diabetes mellitus. Methods 120cases of unstable angina complicating diabetes were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. On the base of conventional therapy（control group）,the treatment group was added Tongxingluo Capsule,0. 52 g each time,3 times daily for 12 weeks. The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,and the change of C-reactive protein （CRP） and blood lipid levels were observed. Results After 12-week treatment,serum triglyceride （TG） level in the treatment group had no obvious change（P〉O. 05）,serum total cholesterol（TC） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were decreased than before treatment（P〈 0. 05）, while high- density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- C） was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical symptoms and signs all were improved to different degrees. CRP was obviously declined than before treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Tongxingluo Capsule demonstrates some curative effects to improve the symptoms and prognosis in the elderly patients with unstable angina complicating diabetes mellitus.
