摘 要:机房通风和温度分布与机房设备工作稳定性和使用寿命密切相关。根据东北大学典型机房的实际情况,以工程上广泛使用的k-ε湍流模型为基础,利用有限容积方法求解连续性方程、动量方程和能量方程,得到机房内空气的三维流场和温度场,并结合中央空调风口设计特点考察了侧送侧回气流组织形式、下送上回气流组织形式和下送侧回气流组织形式对服务器机房内空气流动和温度分布的影响,从而为机房空调送风系统设计提供理论依据。计算结果表明:侧送侧回的气流组织形式在室内气流形式分布的评价指标方面不能满足服务器对环境温度的要求;下送上回的气流组织形式能够满足机房空气要求,但节能效果不好;而下送侧回的气流组织形式能满足节能和机房空气要求。The ventilation and temperature distribution in computing laboratory are closely related to the stability and service life of the computer installation.Based on the current condition of typical computing laboratory in northeastern university,the control-volume method was applied to solve mass conservation equation,momentum conservation equations,energy conservation equation and the popular k-ε turbulent model in engineering.Consequently,in order to provide theoretical references for the design of air distribution system of computing laboratory,three-dimensional flow field and temperature field were used to investigate the effect of different airflow patterns on the fluid flow and the distribution of air temperature in computing laboratory.According to the air supply opening design features of the central air conditioning,the airflow patterns consist of the lateral-income and lateral-outcome,the bottom-income and top-outcome,and the bottom-income and lateral-outcome.Numerical results showed that,the airflow supplied on the lateral-income and lateral-outcome cannot satisfy the environmental temperature standard for the server.The airflow supplied on the bottom-income and top-outcome can satisfy the standard of indoor air distribution,but such an airflow pattern is not good for energy-saving.And the airflow supplied on the bottom-income lateral-outcome can satisfy the standard of indoor air distribution and save energy.
