制造型企业的CIMS需求分析探究

摘　　要：我国大部分制造型企业开发出的一些CIMS系统不能满足企业的需求,导致了CIMS工程的不同程度的风险和企业资源的浪费,企业要有效的实施CIMS,首先必须进行CIMS的需求分析,即在实施CIMS前必须详细地进行企业现状分析,找出企业存在的问题,以进行CIMS系统对策研究,并在湖北久隆公司实施CIMS应用工程的需求分析中进行了实践。Most of manufacturing enterprises in our Country can not meet the needs of the enterprises,which leads to the CIMS project with different levels of risk and the waste of enterprise resources,So if enterprises should carry out CIMS effectively,It is necessary to carry out demand analysis of the CIMS,i.e.before CIMS Project we must analysis of company current situation In detail to find out the exists the problem for enterprises the CIMS system countermeasure research.Implementing CIMS application project demand analysis practicably in the JUNONG company Lastly.
