摘 要:型槽式容器作为一种特殊的压力容器,至今还没有被用作爆炸容器,文章把它用作爆炸容器,针对采用平板封头的型槽爆炸容器在不同因素影响下的动力学响应问题,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性有限元程序进行数值模拟。结果表明,应变率效应对爆炸容器的动力特性影响显著。容器越长,所对应特征单元的有效塑性应变越小;容器的最外层的有效塑性应变在中环面处达到最大,并从中环面向极点逐次降低;封头处的有效塑性应变在其几何中心处达到最大,并从其几何中心向极点处逐次降低;型槽式爆炸容器的设计能提高容器的抗爆特性,型槽的形状对容器的抗爆特性同样产生影响。As special pressure vessels, The groove vessels as special pressure vessels have not been used as explosion vessels so far. Dynamic response of flat head groove explosion vessels with different factors is numerically simulated by ANYSIS/LS-DYNA for the first time. The results reveal that the strain-rate effect has a great impact on the dynamics response of groove explosion vessels. The longer the vessels are, the smaller the effective plastic strain of corresponding feature elements are. The effective plastic strain of shells reaches maximum in the center of the shells and decreases gradually from the center of the shells to the ellipsoidal closures. The maximum effective plastic strain of flat head appears in the center of the flat head and decreases gradually from the center of the flat head to the ellipsoidal closures. The design of groove explosion vessels can improve the explosion resistance of vessel. The shape of groove can also impact the explosion resistance of vessel.
