摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下超声刀阑尾切除术的疗效。方法回顾性分析该院自2007年至2011年在腹腔镜超声刀下行48例困难阑尾切除术患者的临床资料。结果本组均在腹腔镜下完成,平均手术时间45 min(25～90 min)。30例留置腹腔引流管,术后2～4 d痊愈出院,无切口感染、腹腔感染,无肠瘘,无肠粘连性腹痛、出血或血肿等并发症。结论腹腔镜超声刀下行困难类型的阑尾切除手术是安全有效的。Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy with ultrasonic scalpel.Methods Clinical data of 48 cases of difficult laparoscopic appendectomy with ultrasonic scalpel in the author′s hospital from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Laparoscopic surgery was successful in all 48 patients.The average operation time was 45 min（25-90min）.30 patients were implanted with indwelling drainage tube.All patients were discharged after 2-4 d,with no complication like wound infection,abdominal infection,fistula,adhesion of abdominal pain,bleeding or hematoma.Conclusion Difficult laparoscopic appendectomy under ultrasonic scalpel is safe and effective.
