摘  要:传动系参数对整车动力性、经济性有着重要影响,本文在CRUISE中建立某重型车的仿真模型,分析了整车的动力性、经济性,并通过计算优化了传动系参数,提出几种优化方案,经过分析对比,得到了整车性能优化方案,实验结果表明,改进后的方案优于原方案,改善了整车的经济性,提高整车性能。Transmission parameters have important influence to the vehicle power performance and economy. In this paper, based on the CRUISE of a heavy duty vehicle simulation model, the vehicle power performance and economy are analyzed, and by computing, the transmission parameters are optimized, and several optimization schemes are put forward. By comparison and analysis, the vehicle performance optimization is obtained. Experimental results show that, the improved scheme is better than the original one, fuel economy and vehicle performance is improved.
