纬编针织物纬斜的原因及其解决措施

摘　　要：针对纬编针织物织造出现的纬斜问题,从织物设计、编织过程及染整加工三方面分析了针织物纬斜产生的原因;提出了采用S捻和Z捻纱交替配置方式可在一定程度上消除织物纬斜,对纱线进行汽蒸定捻后编织可减少因纱线捻度不稳定而造成的布面纹路歪斜,以及后整理对织物丝光可减小纬斜等解决措施。In view of the problem of appearing dragging on weft knitted fabric, it analyzed the reason of appearing knitted dragging in fabric design, weaving process, dyeing and finishing process, put forward the solution that using S twist and Z twist in turn could eliminate knitted dragging to a certain extent,and through the steaming process to fix yarn twist and knitting, the products can reduce dragging on fabric lines which caused by the instability of yarn twist, and the mercerizing finishing process for fabric can reduced the fabric dragging.
