摘　　要：民营企业商会门户网站是企业与社会公众之间的信息化交流平台,旨在提供方便快捷的技术框架和安全有效的管理服务.在分析了门户网站背景、目标及其特点的基础上,本文使用UML建模技术进一步对其功能、性能及运行需求进行分析;应用三大框架技术和MVC设计模式,阐述网站的设计思想和技术架构.最后,对今后的研究工作进行了展望.The portal for association of private enterprises is an information platform between enterprises and the general public, which provides convenient technical framework and effective management service. On the basis of the portal＇s background, goals and characteristics, we use UML modeling technique to make a further analysis on its function, performance and operation. Besides, SSH technology and MVC architecture are applied to expounding its designs and technologies. Finally, it gives prospect to the research of portal for association of private enterprises.
