基于Matlab环境下柴油机气缸内工作过程数据处理程序的开发及应用

摘　　要：为进一步分析和研究柴油机的燃烧过程,突破国外企业对该领域分析软件的源代码及功能限制,现介绍柴油机气缸内工作过程相关数据的处理方法。在Matlab环境下开发了柴油机气缸内工作过程数据处理程序,完成了气缸内工作过程的热力学参数计算、气缸压力信号的通道效应分析及滤波,并绘制出相关图形。实现了气缸内工作过程的分析,剔除了气缸压力信号里的干扰信号,获得了比较准确的气缸压力曲线。In order to analysis the diesel engine working process,breakthrough the restriction of analysis software code and function by foreign enterprises in this field,this paper introduces the related data processing method.The data processing program was developed in the Matlab environment,which calculated the thermo dymamics prarmeters in working process,analysis the cylinder pressure signal,and drafted the associated graphics.The analysis of the work process in the cylinder was realized,the jamming signal in cylinder was get rid of,and the more accurate cylinder pressure curre was acheived.
