摘　　要：目的:了解中国妇幼卫生监测数据网络直报系统(包括中国妇幼卫生监测网站)的应用效果,为进一步完善国家级妇幼卫生监测体系提供参考。方法:采用自填式问卷调查540个妇幼卫生监测机构对直报系统的使用效果、信息安全现状的意见和改进建议,按照监测机构的行政级别(省、地市和区县)和所处地区(东、中、西部)分类分析资料。结果:接受调查的单位中,认为直报系统对日常工作和决策有支持作用,能提高工作效率,降低人力成本和物资成本的单位分别占95.5%、90.1%、85.5%和84.9%;直报系统提高工作效率的作用在不同级别的单位间存在差别;降低物资成本的作用则有地区差别;降低人力成本的作用同时存在明显的地区差别和级别差别。认为系统安全性较好的单位占58.5%。结论:现有妇幼卫生监测数据直报系统对规范监测、提高工作效率有积极作用,需要增加投入,完善系统功能,提高系统的可靠性、易操作性和安全性,最终提高系统的实际应用效果。Objective：To understand the application effect of online data reporting system for Chinese maternal and child health surveillance（including websites for Chinese maternal and child health surveillance）,provide reference for further improving national maternal and child health surveillance system. Methods：A uniform self-administered questionnaire was used to survey the application effect,opinions and constructive suggestions of information security in 540 maternal and child health institutions,then the data were analyzed according to the administrative level（provincial,municipal,district or county） and the geographical area（the east,middle and west part of China）. Results：Among the institutions investigated,95.5% of them thought that the online data reporting system played a supportive role in routine work and decision-making,90.1% of them thought the online data reporting system could improve efficiency,85.5% of them thought that the online data reporting system could reduce labor cost and 84.9% of them thought that the online data reporting system could reduce material cost.There was significant difference in the effect of online data reporting system for improving efficacy among the hospitals at different levels;and there was significant difference in the effect of online data reporting system for reducing material cost among different areas;there was significant difference in the effect of online data reporting system for reducing labor cost among the hospitals at different levels and different areas.58.5% of the hospitals thought that the safety of online data reporting system was good. Conclusion：Current online data reporting system for Chinese maternal and child health surveillance plays an active role in standardizing surveillance and improving efficacy,the invest should be enhanced to prefect the function of the system for Chinese maternal and child health surveillance,improve the reliability,operability and security of this system,then the final goal of improving the actual application
