儿童呼吸机相关性肺炎血清中细胞炎症因子的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:通过动态检测观察呼吸机相关性肺炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)4种细胞因子的表达水平。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测。结果:呼吸机相关性肺炎急性期4种细胞因子水平显著增高,随着病情的好转而逐渐降低。结论:细胞因子参与了呼吸机相关性肺炎的炎症反应过程,与肺炎的发生发展密切相关。Objective：To observe the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-1β（IL-1β）,interleukin-6（IL-6） and interleukin-8（IL-8） in serum of children with ventilator-associated pneumonia by dynamic detection. Methods：Double-antibody sandwich ELISA was used in the study. Results：The expression levels of four kinds of cytokines in serum of children with ventilator-associated pneumonia increased significantly,which decreased with the improvement of the disease. Conclusion：Cytokines participate in the inflammatory reaction of ventilator-associated pneumonia,which is related to the occurrence and development of ventilator-associated pneumonia closely.
