摘  要:对长白山区高速公路边坡的中小型土壤动物进行了调查,探讨了人工植被恢复后公路边坡土壤动物的群落特征.研究区内共捕获中小型土壤动物32类,4 807只.结果表明:不同生境土壤动物群落类群数和个体数量的多样性特征存在差异,阳坡土壤动物的类群数大于阴坡,而个体数量小于阴坡;土壤动物群落个体和类群主要集中分布在0~5cm土壤层,而且具有时间上的变化,均为7月<9月<次年5月.土壤动物与环境要素的相关分析表明,植被恢复后土壤动物类群与土壤pH和全P含量相关不明显,与土壤有机质、全N含量和土壤含水率呈显著的正相关,与全K含量呈显著负相关关系;个体数量与土壤中全N、全P、全K含量、土壤含水率和pH相关不明显,而与土壤有机质的含量呈显著的正相关.人工植被恢复的边坡生境还处在恢复阶段,条件较差,可以用甲螨的个体数量粗略地评价植被恢复的发展阶段.A/C比值特征不仅仅具有纬度地带性,而且具有经度地带性,同时受人为活动的干扰.Characteristics of soil meso-microfauna community was studied after artificial vegetation restoration in highway slope,Jiaohe.A total of 32 groups,4 807 individuals of soil meso-microfauna were obtained.The results indicated that the group and individual numbers of soil fauna were significantly different between shady and sunny slope.The individual numbers of soil fauna in shady slope were higher than that of sunny slope,while the group numbers of soil fauna in shady slope were lower than that of sunny slope.Soil meso-microfauna mainly gathered in the 0~5 cm soil level,and changed with time.The group numbers of soil of fauna were positively correlated to soil organic contents,total N and soil moisture,and negatively correlated to total K.The individual numbers of soil fauna were positively correlated to soil organic contents,while were not correlated to other factors.The highways slope habitats were still in the recovery phase,which might be evaluated by the numbers of oribatid mites.The ratio of A/C not only had the latitude zone characteristic,but also had longitude characteristic,meanwhile disturbed by human activities.
