我国垄断性行业改革的对策分析

摘　　要：垄断性行业存在资源浪费、价格扭曲、生产成本过高等问题,且垄断不利于国民收入的合理分配和市场的公平竞争,我国的垄断行业的改革势所必然。对垄断行业的改革应采取以下措施:降低准入门槛,实行符合市场化要求的现代管制制度,建立健全相关法律法规,加强成本监控,规范价格制定。There are some problems existing in the monopoly industry,such as the waste of resources,the distored price,and the high cost and so on.Furthermore,monopoly can influence the rational distribution of national income and fair competition in the market.Therefore,reform is inevitable.Some countermeasures can be applied to the reform of monopoly industry,for example,lower the access threshold,practice modern market-oriented regulation system,establish and perfect relevant laws and regulations,stengthen the monitoring of cost,regulate stipulations on price,etc..
