依那普利联合人胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察依那普利和人胰岛素联合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将72例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,观察组在常规治疗基础上加依那普利和人胰岛素;而对照组给予除血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂以外的其他药物控制血压,且口服药物降糖。两组于治疗前及治疗第3月和第6个月分别抽血测FBG、PBG、HbA1c、BUN、Scr、ALB、24小时尿蛋白定量,并做同组不同阶段及组间的比较。结果:观察组治疗后FBG、PBG、HbA1C及24小时尿蛋白定量于3个月及6个月均显著下降,尤其是24小时尿蛋白定量在6个月较3个月下降明显;对照组3个月时上述指标亦有改善,但6个月较3个月相比无明显优势。治疗6个月后两组疗效比较,观察组24小时尿蛋白定量下降更显著。结论:糖尿病肾病及早使用依那普利和人胰岛素治疗,能更好延缓肾功能恶化。Objective：Study the therapeutic effect of Enalapril and human Insulin DN.Methods：The 72 cases 2 diabetic were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group were treated based on enalapril and human insulin;the control group was given addition angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors to control blood pressure than other drugs,oral hypoglycemic drugs.Two groups before treatment and at 3 and 6 months,respectively,blood test FBG、PBG、HbA1c、BUN、Scr、ALB、24 hour urine protein.Results：After treatment FBG、PBG、HbA1C and 24 hour urine protein at 3 months and 6 months were significantly decreased;control group at 3 months these indicators have improved.6 months after treatment compared two groups,observation group 24 hour urine protein decreased more significantly.Conclusions：It would more effective slowing down pace DN when using Irbesartan and human Insulin DN.
