老年肱骨外科颈骨折临床治疗分析32例

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗对肱骨外科颈骨折老年患者的临床特点及治疗效果。方法:收治肱骨外科颈骨折老年患者32例,进行回顾性分析。结果:老年人肱骨外科颈骨折患者的手术和非手术治疗效果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:对于老年性肱骨外科颈骨折患者可以首先考虑非手术治疗。Objective：To investigate the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures in patients with clinical features and treatment.Methods：The hospital in January 2010-April 2011 treated 32 patients with humeral surgical neck fractures were retrospectively analyzed.Result：The humeral surgical neck fracture surgery patients and non-surgical treatment was no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For humeral surgical neck fracture patients can consider non-surgical treatment.
