摘　　要：目的:医务人员职业暴露来源,制定有效的职业暴露防护对策。方法:医务人员职业暴露来源提出防护对策。结果:职业暴露的医务人员及时采取控制措施。结论:应注重医务人员职业暴露教育:加强管理规范操作程序,提高医务人员职业暴露防护意识,建立健全医务人员职业暴露防护的措施与方案,培养良好的工作习惯,规范医疗废弃物,可预防职业感染的发生。Objective：sources of occupational exposure of medical personnel,the development of effective protection measures of occupational exposure.Methods：The source of occupational exposure of health care protection measures proposed.Results：Occupational exposure of medical personnel to take timely measures.Conclusion：The occupational exposure should focus on education, medical staff,strengthen management,standardize procedures,improve the protection awareness of occupational exposure to medical staff,medical staff and improve occupational exposure recommended protective measures for the program,develop good work habits,norms of medical waste,can prevent occupational infection place.
