摘 要:对湿地松萎蔫病媒介昆虫松墨天牛及其携带松材线虫、其它线虫的研究表明:湿地松萎蔫病木中羽化出的松墨天牛平均体长比马尾松上的短1.05 mm;从羽化开始到结束,天牛体长呈现减小的趋势,个体相差较大,体长最大的23.2 mm,最小的仅12.1 mm,相差11.1 mm,雌虫平均体长较雄虫长0.48 mm。萎蔫病木中的线虫在天牛体内表现为2种形态,线虫尾部呈指状或锥状;天牛体内的线虫有3种分布类型:所有线虫尾部为指状,所有线虫尾部为锥状,2个形态的线虫均有。湿地松松墨天牛中以尾部锥状线虫占多数,而马尾松的则以尾部指状线虫占多数。松墨天牛携带的线虫量与其体长无关,随着萎蔫病木的线虫量的增加呈上升趋势。线虫在松墨天牛体内的分布,以腹部为多,占整个虫体线虫量的75%以上,在利用松墨天牛预测湿地松萎蔫病时,取其腹部进行分离镜检即可。The study on the vector insect of Pinus elliottii wilt disease Monochamus alternatus and its carrying Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and other nematodes indicated that the average body length of Monochamus alternatus emergencing from the dead tree of Pinus elliottii wilt disease was 1.05 mm shorter than that of Pinus massoniana.From the eclosion to the end,the body of M.alternatus became shorter and shorter.The body length varied,from the longest 23.2 mm to the shortest 12.1 mm with the span of 11.1 mm.The average female body length was 0.48 mm longer than that of the male one.There were two shapes of the nematodes carried by M.alternatus:the tail was finger-shaped or taper-shaped.There were 3 shapes of the nematodes inside M.alternatus:all the tail was finger-shaped,taper-shaped or the double together.Most of the nematodes tails were taper-shaped inside the M.alternatus emergenced from the diseasedwood of P.elliottii,but most of the nematodes tails were finger-shaped inside the M.alternatus emergenced from the diseasedwood of P.massoniana.The quantity of the nematodes carried by M.alternatus had no relationship with its body length.The distribution of nematode inside the M.alternatus adult body were more in the abdomen accounting for more than 75%,the abdomen of M.alternatus adult,which had the largest quantity of the nematodes,was suitable for the nematode isolation and microscopic examination.
