摘 要:目的:总结胆总管结扎模型实验数据,探究不同时间点的生化指标变化。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠,分模型组和假手术组,观察术后不同时间点动物的体重、肝组织及生化指标的变化。结果:胆总管结扎后TBIL和DBIL两组有显著差异(P<0.001),术后5d后数值较前略有下降。ALT迅速增加,高峰在术后第1~2d,第3天后迅速下降。ALP术后第2d达到高峰,肝脏组织损伤最重。结论:胆总管结扎可以得到满意胆道梗阻模型,术后第3d是生化指标变化的转折点。Objective To summarize the experimental data of the common bile duct ligation(BDL) and to evaluate the feasibility of the model and influencing factors of success.Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into experimental(common bile duct ligation) and control groups,to observe the changes of body weight,liver tissue,and serum biochemical parameters at different time points after ligation.Results TBIL and DBIL after BDL were significantly different between two groups(P0.01) ,5 days after operation,there was a slight decrease of the value.ALT increased rapidly after the peak on the first 1 to 2 days,and then declined rapidly.ALP increased after 2 days,with serious liver tissue damage.Conclusion The model of biliary obstruction by common bile duct ligation can be satisfied,the 3 days after ligation is the turning point in biochemical changes.
