电针足三里穴对兔单肺通气所致炎性反应及肺损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针足三里对兔单肺通气炎性介质反应水平及肺损伤程度的影响。方法:健康成年新西兰兔39只,随机分为电针非穴位组(EN组)、电针穴位组(EP组)和对照组(C组),每组13只。麻醉后右肺实施单肺通气3h。EN、EP两组于单肺通气开始时实施电针刺激,EN组取双侧足三里穴旁1cm处,EP组取双侧足三里穴处,双肺通气前、单肺通气前及单肺通气后测血液中性粒细胞水平。实验结束处死,测定肺组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10含量,观察肺组织病理形态学。结果:EP组单肺通气后氧合指数高于EN组及C组(P<0.05),血液中性粒细胞明显低于EN组及C组(P<0.05),肺组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8亦明显降低(P<0.05),而IL-10明显增高(P<0.05);肺间质及肺泡水肿和岀血较少,仅见少量中性罯赴?(P<0.05)。结论:电针足三里可以通过调节炎性反应来减轻单肺通气引起的肺损伤。Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture of＂Zusanli＂（ST 36） on inflammatory response and lung injury of one lung ventilation in rabbits.Methods Thirty-nine healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomized into three groups（n=13）：electroacupuncture at no point group（EN） ,electroacupuncture at Zusanli points（EP） and control group（C） .Single right lung ventilation was performed following with anesthesia for 3 h.Electroacupuncture were administered in group EN and group EP when one lung ventilation began. Electroacupuncture was stimulated at somewhere 1 cm nearby Zusanli in group EN,at Zusanli points in group EP .Neutrophilic granulocytes in blood were counted before two lung ventilation,before one lung ventilation,and after one lung ventilation. Animal were executed at the end,and the TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10 levels in the lung tissues determined,with observation of the pathomorphology of the lung. Results Compared with other groups,oxygenation index of group EP was higher after one lung ventilation,and neutrophilic granulocyte was reduced significantly after one lung ventilation in group EP（P0.05） .The levels of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 in lung tissue decreased,and IL-10 increased significantly in group EP（P0.05） .The edema,hemorrhage at lung intersitium and alveoli were lower,with less neutrophil infiltrated（P0.05） .Conclusions Electroacupuncture may reduce lung injury induced by one lung ventilation by suppressing inflammatory rseponse.
