摘　　要：科技期刊审稿费的收取已经有一段时间了,由于其数量不大,并没有引起太多的关注和争议.但其收取的状况如何,一直缺乏详尽的调查与系统的研究.通过调查国内外科技期刊审稿费的收取情况、国内作者对审稿费收取的态度,对科技期刊审稿费的收取问题进行实证分析.在此基础上,展开对审稿费收取时几个敏感的问题诸如审稿费收取的透明情况、审稿费的收支管理、审稿费的收取时间、审稿费收取的数额及应对特殊困难者适当减免等的思考.Sci-tech journal review fee has collected for some time,because it is low,it did not cause too much concern and controversy.The charge status has no real findings.The detailed investigation and analysis were made about the domestic and foreign sci-tech journals review fee for the collection and the attitude of domestic about the review fee,and the objective results were obtained.We reflected and solved several issues,such as transparency of review fee,its management and collection time,the amount of review fee,and relief to special cases.
