摘　　要：介绍了国内双极性膜的生产和应用情况．国内生产的双极性膜具有优良的电化学性能，在0．5mol／L硫酸钠溶液中，25℃时，10~100mA／cm。电流密度下，跨膜电压降在0．9～1．8V之间．价格也远比国外BP—I型双极膜便宜．同时，介绍了国内双极性膜电渗析装置可以从不同盐类直接分离酸和碱，分离每吨酸电耗在1500~2500kwh范围．因此国产双极性膜可以完全满足国内市场的需要．The production and application of a domestic bipolar membrane were introduced. The bipolar membrane has an excellent electro-chemical properties. In range of current density, 10~100 mA/cm2 ,the membrane has a potential drop of 0.9~1.8 V in a 0. 5 mol/L Na2SO4 solution at 25 ℃. And the cost of the domestic bipolar membrane is also far cheaper than that of the type BP- I bipolar membrane imported from abroad. This paper also introduced the domestic bipolar membrane eletrodialysis plant which can di- rectly separate acids and basesfrom their different salts. For separating acid , its electric energy consump- tion is in the range of 1 500~2 500 kWh/ton acid. Therefore, the domestic bipolar membrane can complete ly meet chinese market needs.
