摘  要:目的研究MMP-9和E-cad在胰腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨它们的相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测15例正常胰腺组织、30例胰岛素细胞瘤和50例胰腺癌组织中MMP-9和E-cad的表达情况。结果 MMP-9和E-cad在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为82%、24%;MMP-9为高表达,E-cad为低表达,MMP-9和E-cad蛋白的表达与有无淋巴结转移和分化程度相关(P<0.05);两种蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9和E-cad在肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥了重要作用,检测MMP-9和E-cad的表达可作为预测胰腺癌的转移趋势指标,并能有效的评估胰腺癌患者的预后。Objective To observe the expression and of matrix met alloproteinase 9 protein(MMP-9) and E-cadherin protein(E-cad) in pancreatic cancer,and to investigate the correlation and clinical significance of MMP-9 and E-cad proteins expression.Methods Expression of MMP-9 and E-cad in 15 normal tissue specimens,30 specimens of Insulinoma and 50 specimens of pancreatic cancer was determined by immunohistochemical staining,and relationship between MMP-9 and E-cad expression and pathological features in pancreatic cancer.Results The positive rate of MMP-9 and E-cad 82%,24%.The expression of MMP-9 and in the tissue of pancreatic cancer was significantly higher than that in Insulinoma and normal pancreas.The expression of E-cad in the tissue of pancreatic cancer was significantly lower than that in Insulinoma and normal pancreas(P0.05).The expression of MMP-9 and E-cad protein was associated with lymphatic metastasis and pathological types(P0.05).The expression of MMP-9 and E-cad protein were negative correlated in pancreatic cancer(P0.05).Conclusion MMP-9 and E-cad proteins play a critical role in tumor metastasis.Co-detection of the expression of MMP-9 and E-cad can be used to predict the metastatic potential of Pancreatic Cancer,and can effectively evaluate the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.
